This year has been full of new and exciting opportunities for Cedarglen Homes. At the top of that list was opening the doors to the Wellspring Calgary Home in Auburn Bay on February 13, 2014! Cedarglen Homes built the showhome as a temporary location to help Wellspring Calgary spread awareness of their organization to Calgary’s South East communities, as well as offer special programs to help people affected by cancer and their families.
The support of our trades and the response from the community in the last few months has been nothing less than outstanding. How can you follow up such a rewarding experience? Well, Wellspring Calgary and Cedarglen Homes are getting ready to embark on another new and exciting project. On June 3rd, 2014 the showhome will be auctioned off with the full value of the sale going to Wellspring Calgary! This sale will help fund Wellspring Calgary for years to come. Auctioning off a showhome is something that is completely new to Cedarglen Homes but we’re thrilled that the home will have an even bigger impact through its sale for Wellspring Calgary.
Pre-bidding will be available to help determine the opening bid on June 3rd 2014 and then at 6:45pm the home auction will begin. The home will be sold with the furniture, blinds and all the upgrades that were built into the home. If you haven’t already done so, visit the showhome at 183 Auburn Springs Blvd SE during showhome hours (listed below) to see this beautiful home. With all proceeds going towards a wonderful organization, this is an opportunity for Cedarglen Homes and a lucky buyer to really make a difference!
